How does the search work?

Video clips are sorted into categories, which the amateurs themselves specify. You can either select a category to browse, select a amateur directly, or search for specific key words. You can find all elements pertaining to the search function at the top of the page.

How can I purchase video clips?

Once you have found a video clip you wish to purchase, simply click on "add to shopping basket". You can continue to browse the site and add further clips to your shopping basket. Once you are done adding clips to your shopping basket, you can click "to checkout" in the top right corner. You will be taken to the checkout page, where you can review your list of clips you wish to purchase, and remove individual clips if you changed your mind, or added them in error.

The checkout page uses a secure SSL encrypted connection. Below your list of clips you can select a payment option. Once you have selected a payment option and confirmed your payment details, you can select "purchase now" to issue the payment order. If billing was successful, you will receive a confirmation and a link to where you can download your purchased videos.

Where can I find the downloaded clips on my hard drive?

When you download a video clip, you can select where on your hard drive you wish to save the downloaded file. Remember which location you selected so that you can find your downloaded video clip later on.
Note: On some systems/browsers your downloads will be in your user's "Downloads" directory, unless specified otherwise.

How much time do I have to download my purchased clips?

The download link to a video clip expires after 48 hours of your first download of that clip. Please download your clips as soon as possible. If you are having problems with your downloads, please contact us.

Which format is used for purchased clips?

The amateurs themselves specify which video format they use to upload video clips. The usual formats are: MPG, RM, WVM, MOV and AVI. The format used for each clip is listed, so you can check before purchase. If you should experience difficulties with playback of your purchased clips, please get in touch with our support.

I have a problem with the download of my clips.

Make sure that the download link hasn't expired. If that is the case, please get in touch with our support.

If you are getting a "Damaged File" error message, when trying to play one your downloaded clips, then the file was most likely not downloaded completely. Please verify that the download completed successfully before trying to play a clip.

Why have my payment details been rejected?

Payment details can be rejected for a variety of reasons.

  • Please make sure that the details you entered are correct. Be aware of any error messages and make correction in such a case.
  • Your payment details are directly verified with your specified bank. If you have entered all details correctly and are still being rejected, speak to your bank and ask if your account has any kind of restrictions imposed upon it.
